Terms & Conditions

To help ensure the best experience for all clients, the following terms and conditions apply to appointments at Ancient Roots Fertility Acupuncture. 

Appointments & Payment 

  • Appointments can be booked via the contact form, phone or email. 

  • Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. 

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card or cash. 

 

Cancellations 

  • I operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. 

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged in full. 

  • If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer the space to another client. 

 

Confidentiality 

  • All personal and medical information you provide is handled in confidence. 

  • Records are kept securely and in line with data protection regulations. 

 

Health & Safety 

  • Please inform me of any changes to your health or medication before your session. 

  • If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. 

 

Practitioner Right to Decline Treatment 

  • I reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if I believe it is not in your best interest or if professional boundaries are not being respected.
